progosk: Concerning "Antville Slang". Maybe it's best that we leave any derogatory comments out of this site. Let it be more of a resource and less of an antville2. Simply because if this mother gets up and running, all kinds of people will come here for info -- and reading "the two daniels suck even more now", kinda puts a really harsh light on 'the two daniels'. yes/no?

- Hehe, yeah how did that get christened 'slang' anyway? I only found it in one post. On the flip side, if that were used more frequently I think it would be legitimate to call it slang, however harsh it is.

- erm... yeah, what kev said. (personally, i think exposing the sometimes rather soft and specious underbelly of antville is a perfectly good idea. after all: part of the point here is: this ain't no neutral and objective wikipedia. plus by the mere fact that there's a sectioned off slang pit, it should be pretty clear that no offence should be taken here - people wouldn't consider an entry on the expression "bitter cunt" in a wiki on camerounian bush-slang as something to be censored either. and: sure, though it never gained much currency, its that typical kind of in-joke (or in-slur if you prefer) i'm pretty positive it would be immediately understood if used in an antville comment - which is why it counts as slang in my book. --Progosk 00:58, 2 February 2006 (EST)
