  • bite - verb; to imitate or even plagiarise; "this video totally bites michel gondrys video for massive attack". also employed, though more infrequently, in its noun form biter.
  • the default thing - composite noun; denotes the rote practice of picking apart a music videos references; "Let's skip the analysis and do the default thing. K?".
  • furries - plural noun; formerly amusing idea of dressing actors/band-members in furry animal costumes; "furries is played out". see also Furries, the genre.
  • Gorilliez - plural noun; small but vocal group of comically inept would-be antville hijackers; "HA HA DIE GORILLIEZ!!!!" (see also Antville Classic Posts).
  • Gondry-esque - adj.; sarcastic snipe at a mediocre video, as popularized by spit (1 | 2 | 3 | 4).
  • hater - noun, pl. haters; gratuitously unappreciative commenter; "Ya'll [sic] just haters." Cognate forms: hate-on and haterade.
  • Johnny Cash - name. Intentional misnomer (likely due to director's envy) for Joaquin Phoenix.
  • padasbp - acronym; for "please always do a search before posting."
  • plant - noun; improbable praising comments posted by obviously fake "users".
  • screencap - noun; abbrev.; screen capture. An image of a video included in an Antville post, the inclusion of which provides a visual incentive to watch that video.
  • teh - definite article; typical, mis-typed spelling of the word the, often used when referring to Gorilliez. Hence teh Gorilliez.
  • tight - adj., tighter; convincing, fitting; well-dosed, efficient; "another tight shutter angle running piece."
  • two Daniels - plural noun; vaguely dismissive grouping of two buzzworthy directors, Daniel Levi and Daniel Askill; "the two Daniels suck even more now."
  • vj - acronym: visual jockey. denominates a category of visuals generally snobbed/snubbed on antville; "vjing has a long way to go."
  • props - abbrev. proper respect.
